200 years Bavarian Kingdom
The most well known Bavarian king today is Ludwig II. Nevertheless his father Maximilian II, his grandfather Ludwig I and his great-grandfather Max-Joseph I have also been very important rulers for Bavaria and Munich.
Where do we still find traces of these kings? What marks did they leave in the City of Munich? We will take a walk through the ‘king’s quarter’ where you will learn stories and anecdotes of the Bavarian kings and their families.
